At an elevation of 1,540 metres above sea level, this breathtaking natural formation is located in Moshi town, Kilimanjaro region which is the gate way to access the highest peak of Africa, Kibo Peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro. 

 

As you hike through the paths, you will notice the lush vegetation, green environs and farm lands with banana and coffee plantations common in most homesteads. As you approach the water falls, the air grows with moisture and thick with a scent of water and vegetation. Rainbows dance into sprays as the crashing water pours from an 80-metre height offering an experience that steers itself into your soul, a reminder of the raw power of nature.
